Refund policy
RETURN:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is defective or incorrect.
At Evlyx, all products are custom-made upon order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@evlyx.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we do not have a return address, and customers should not send any items back without approval.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Since all products are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the following items:
- Custom-made products uniquely designed for you.
- Sale items or gift cards.
If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a replacement due to a defect, please reach out to us before making a return request.
EXCHANGES:
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request and inspected the issue. If approved, you will receive a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
